These are some things it takes to to become a Survivor, of anything – but I’ll say of Domestic Violence, for one.
This year is coming to an end in a few days. I challenge you to begin January, 2023, with the mindset to change. I’m NOT talking about New Year’s Resolutions – if you ask me, they’re a bunch of hooey (just my PERSONAL opinion).
Here are THREE things to start thinking about that can help you facilitate change in your life, and current situation:
– Peace – this is the calm you CAN feel in any storm. Whether you feel you’re being beat up by life, or someone else – even yourself.
– Will – is the determination to make serious changes in your life. You don’t have to switch 180 degrees to change your direction – one or two degrees at a time can make a huge, but subtle change.
– Ability – is utilizing ALL the skills you probably already have. For example: are you, or were you once, good with people? Dig into that, and see what changes you can make, now? Be creative.
What other words inspire(d) you to make changes in your life? We would LOVE to hear your input…
Thank you, and have a good day, and be safe in this upcoming New Year… #oneinfour #ithappenstomentoo #dviseverywhere #domesticviolence
*October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Please share this post, no matter what month it is, to help get the word out. The Victim has to make the choice – but, “What If…” they read something you sent them, and it just “clicks”?
*I share a “What If…” post, on the first post of every month, and I would love the opportunity to share YOUR “what ifs”.
Please send your “What If…” ideas to Connie J… – beamererin@yahoo.com; or through Ozer, at the website ozerministriesinc.com, or email, ozerministries@att.net.
