Is the "path" you're on a path you have chosen for yourself? Or is it one that was put upon you - by generational family influence, or societal pressures, etc. Did YOU choose this path "because you felt you should", due to ANY external influence?
If you have never thought about it, and cannot say, "Yes, this is my chosen path for my life."; it's never too late.
I believe many Domestic Violence Victims unintentionally get onto that "conveyor belt" path; either by trying to NOT be like their family history, or to BE just like their history, before them. Is that really making a "choice"?
I am not saying any path you choose will be all "sunshine and rainbows", and not have its up and downs; but the point is, the choice you make about it.
Remember, while some of the circumstances may not be able to be chosen; how you respond and handle them IS the choice you CAN make.
What choices are you able to make, today, to improve the quality of your life? Would love to hear your insights on this topic.

*October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Please share this post, no matter what month it is, to help get the word out. The Victim has to make the choice - but, "What If..." they read something you sent them, and it just "clicks"?
*I would love the opportunity to share YOUR ideas in a Blog post. Please send them to Connie J... - beamererin@yahoo.com; or through Ozer email, ozerministries@att.net.
