If you are involved in a Domestic Violence, or any kind of abusive issue - what sort of help do you think you need, to make changes in your situation? Do you know?
Have you reached out to anyone for help? How successful
was it? There is help available, but you have to make the choice to accept it.
Because, if you aren't the one to make the choices, and changes; it's like another form of control - and the chance of the changes "sticking" is less.
If you were a Victim, in a similar situation, in the past - what would have been helpful? Have you ever thought about it?
