If you live in a Domestic Violence situation - OR, if you're just living your daily life, these days - there is a lot that can deplete your "Emotional Batteries", and quickly.
Sometimes, just by sitting down, and petting
my cat on my lap - if I were to visualize a battery meter, I would see it getting fuller.
Other ways to "fill my meter", are ANY actions of self-care - from eating healthier, to relaxing in a tub; to watching my favorite TV show.
I do understand, that in a DV situation, there needs to be a little more...creativity involved.
I encourage you to recharge ANY way you can, no matter how large, or small - self-care IS self-care.
Yet, another possible inexhaustive list...be creative, and remember how worthwhile you REALLY are...
Have a good day, and be safe... #ENDtheSILENCEofVIOLENCE ***www.ozerministriesinc.com*** #walkinTHEIRshoes #EtSoV
*October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Please share this, no matter what month it is, to help get the word out. The Victim has to make the choice - but, "What If..." they read something you sent them, that makes the difference?

*I will be sharing a "What If..." post on the first Monday, of every month. I would love to share YOUR "what ifs". Please send your "What If..." ideas to Connie J... - beamererin@yahoo.com; or through Ozer,
at the website or email, ozerministries@att.net.
