Safe for the Season... (Connie J...)

The Holidays are one of the biggest seasons for a rise in Domestic Violence. This year, we're coming in with even higher numbers, because of the added stress from the pandemic.

If you feel you are not safe - PLEASE REACH OUT!!! There are shelters, hotlines, etc. They are equipped to help you equip yourself with options.

Granted, they may not LOOK like great options; but what are the long-term effects of what you're living in, now? How are your kids doing?

This year has been different - but Domestic Violence has not stopped evolving with the times, unfortunately. Every counter-solution is met with new, and more creative "violence".

The bottom line is, NOBODY DESERVES TO BE ABUSED!!! So whatever your situation, please keep in mind that you are the only one that can start the possibly difficult task of changing it.
