Do You Present the Real You? (Connie J...)

Are you able to be yourself, in every setting; with every group of people you're around?

Victims of Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault, or being bullied often present a facade to the world - they try to conform, and appear "normal" (whatever they think that should be); to blend in at all cost.

Can you see the pressure they put on themselves? They're trying so hard to be what others expect, they have no idea how to be themselves; or if they even can.

Does this sound anything like you, or someone you know? How can you help yourself to find the real you? Are you afraid of it? What do you think will happen, if you do?
