Closing The "Purple" Door... (Connie J...)

As we close the "Purple" door on Domestic Violence Awareness Month 2017; please remember that Domestic Violence happens somewhere, all day, every day.

On THIS particular day, people try to scare and prank each other. Please keep in mind that Victims of Domestic Violence, and their families live in fear of being physicallly, mentally, emotionally and sexually assaulted EVERY day of the year.

Just because Domestic Violence Awareness Month is over, we must continue to support, and do what we can to help Victims fight their battle.

Remember, our new hashtag is  #ENDtheSILENCEofVIOLENCE , or as I like to put it #EtSoV. While we may not be able to stop it, we can keep the conversation going.
